Storage organizers built for RV and travel trailer kitchens
RV kitchens have one storage problem that home kitchens don’t: everything moves. Cabinet doors swing open on a curve. Items shift during travel. Adhesive that works fine on a stationary cabinet fails the first time you hit a pothole at 60mph.
Coffee Keepers products are some of the few under-cabinet organizers built to actually survive RV use — because every product ships with both 3M-style adhesive strips and self-tapping screws. For RV installation, you always use the screws.
Why Coffee Keepers products work in RVs when others don’t
Self-tapping screws (included) for road-vibration hold
Adhesive alone doesn’t survive long road trips. Vibration loosens it, temperature swings (hot summer days, freezing winter nights) accelerate adhesive failure, and humidity gets into the bond. The included self-tapping screws bite directly into the wood underside of standard RV cabinets — no pre-drilling needed.
Steel construction
Plastic organizers crack and break under road stress. Coffee Keepers products are commercial-grade steel — they flex with the trailer and hold their shape for years.
Slim profile
RV cabinets are smaller than home kitchen cabinets. Every Keeper is just 1 inch tall when closed, so they fit under low cabinets and shallow shelves where other organizers won’t.
Swing-down design
One-handed access matters when you’re moving around a small RV kitchen. Tap the rack and it swings down. Grab what you need. It springs back up out of the way.

Coffee Keeper for K-Cup pods on the road
The Coffee Keeper Under Cabinet K-Cup Holder is the most popular RV install. Holds 24 standard K-Cup pods, mounts under any RV upper cabinet, and the screws keep your morning coffee secure during travel.
Anything Keeper for everyday RV miscellany
Anything Keeper is sized for the items that always end up loose in RV cabinets: chargers, USB cables, AirPods, keys, sticky notes, and small toiletries. Mounts anywhere there’s a cabinet underside.
Everything Keeper for larger RV storage
For bigger items in RV kitchens, dinettes, and bedrooms — Everything Keeper holds notebooks, tablets, larger toiletries, and tool accessories.
RV installation tips
- Always use the screws. Adhesive alone will not survive road use. Drive in all four self-tapping screws after applying the adhesive.
- Clean the mounting surface twice. RV cabinet undersides collect more grease and dust than home cabinets. Wipe with isopropyl alcohol, let dry, wipe again.
- Install at a stop, not while moving. Get the holder secured before you hit the road.
- Test under load. Load the rack to capacity, lock the cabinet, and bounce the cabinet. The Keeper shouldn’t move.
- Re-check after the first long trip. Tighten any screws that loosened from initial vibration.
Common questions from RV owners
Will an under-cabinet Keeper survive long road trips?
Yes — when installed with the included screws. Adhesive alone is not rated for moving vehicles. The self-tapping screws hold permanently and are rated for the vibration of normal RV travel.
Do I need a stud finder or special tools?
No. The screws are self-tapping and bite into the wood underside of standard RV cabinets without pre-drilling or studs. A regular screwdriver is the only tool you need.
Will the adhesive damage my RV cabinet finish?
The adhesive is removable with heat from a hairdryer if you ever want to relocate the rack. The screw holes are small and patchable with a dab of wood filler.
Can I install in a slide-out kitchen cabinet?
Yes — but make sure the slide-out has clearance when extended and retracted. Test the cabinet motion before installing to confirm the Keeper won’t catch on the slide track.
What about boats and travel trailers without rigid cabinets?
The included screws work in any wood-or-MDF cabinet underside. For metal or fiberglass cabinets, the adhesive alone can hold for stationary use, but we don’t recommend it for moving vehicles.
How many K-Cups will Coffee Keeper hold during travel?
The standard model holds 24 K-Cup pods. They sit securely in the rack — we’ve had zero customer reports of pods escaping during normal road use.
