We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we make returns and refunds easy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at ck@coffeekeepers.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

4. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items only.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale or Gift Cards cannot be returned.
  • Products that show excessive wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
